The plan starts identical to Robin. Nothing moves until you move it, and nothing on this page writes to Robin.
Drag a group in the stack chart to another floor to move all of it, or drop it on another floor's group to swap them. Click a group to move part of it. In the seat view, drag a desk (or tap it, then tap where it goes) onto an open desk, onto someone to swap, or onto a floor in the chart. A desk with two people on different days moves as one.
People who don't fit on a floor stay listed under it until you give them a desk. The prompts stay off until everyone has one.
The prompts list only desks whose people differ from Robin today. The draft prompt builds a new unpublished draft and shows you what publishing would cancel. The publish prompt does the same and publishes after you confirm, with notifications off.
Sharing ratio converts a whole department from assigned to hotel desks. It keeps desks per person times the people on each floor as hotel desks, grouped where the team sits, and frees the rest as open assigned desks. The prompts then switch those desks to hotel, clear their assignments and put them in a neighborhood named after the team.
Square feet are estimated at 175 per assigned desk until you type a number.
